The majority of our work involves vehicle operators, physicians, churches and businesses who are being sued in a variety of personal injury cases. A significant portion of the time we also represent injured persons, primarily in vehicle cases.

Our firm started in 1982. Eric Freise and Phil Welchman became partners in 1991.

From our office in Seattle we efficiently take in cases throughout Puget Sound and the State of Washington. Eric Freise has tried cases resulting in successful verdicts in ten Washington counties and one Oregon county. Phil Welchman has tried cases resulting in successful verdicts in eight Washington counties. Our areas of practice include medical negligence for physicians, vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, church and school liability, construction site injuries and products liability.
